Needed to have my laptop battery checked out after 6 years of flawless use. Daniel Reyna checked me in on Jan. 13th, 2015. I was told a tech. would test the battery & other parts for possible problems. I was told it would take 2 or 3 days. I was charged 25 dollars for this service. After three days, I stopped by the location & was told the tech would return around 4pm., & would call me. I asked Mr. Rena to make sure this call to me would be made by 5pm. He assured me I would be called. I was never called. On Jan. 20th, I returned & made contacted Mr. Reyna & he immediately directed me to another male associate who brought my computer to me & informed me that I needed a new battery. It would cost 129 dollars for another battery. I asked if they had the battery. He responded no. I then asked to speak with the highest level of supervisor to review the poor customer service. Hee hee, was his response. I then left the location. I have no confidence in a business that treats customers like this.
