Service was great, food was not bad but not great. When the bill came we were charged for two pizzas instead of one and they forgot the 50% off desert coupon we showed them through Unilocal.So check your bill closely. So the 50% off coupon for desert, yep frozen cheesecake, no seriously it was rock solid. Pleasant atmosphere and overall a good place.

The portions are generous, prices are reasonable. I usually get «by the slice», or the Calzone (hah not underwear).
Try the tomato basil soup, and salads are always fresh.
They also have a bar area, and on certain nights, live music.

My sister got talking to somebody about pizza and they said Russo’s is really good… I’ve been there before and I really enjoyed it… We had a calzone that was a little Doughie inside but absolutely wonderful flavor… Definitely would recommend this place… They do deliver by the way!

I’m from Jersey so I don’t find a pizza place in the south that compares to what I am used to all that often. This is the best pizza I’ve had since I left jersey in 2004. It might even compete with some classic Jersey pizza shops. If you want phenomenal pizza, look nowhere else.

Great tomato soup as well as most all the other food is outstanding have gone a few times for lunch have never been disappointed the reason I didn’t give a 5 star is I feel the huge pizza they have although is very cool it looses it’s touch what I mean is the amount of sauce and topping don’t match the size doesn’t seem like they put much more on the big pizza

McAllen location for some reason is bad. Service is awful. Food is mediocre. Ambiance is mixed. The Mission location is my preferred location. Food is 100% better and the service is through the roof good in Mission. This place needs to take some lessons from their other location. I stopped going to this location all together.

Went there with my family, had a horrible experience, I gave them my name so that we could be seated and the hostess said there was going to be a wait of 15 min, I told her why because there were a lot of tables available, all she had to do was place two tables together to sit us right away, but she didn’t, she made us wait nearly 45 min. This restaurant needs better organization and management. So we decided to go to Olive Garden!

The food is incredibly… BLAND. No flavor to their food and it’s extremely generic. Tastes like it’s coming out of the freezer and into the oven. If you must go, don’t. Go to Pizza Hut or somewhere else that’s a generic brand of pizza because it’ll taste better than this.

Great pizza but not family friendly. Went twice and they did not have any high chairs for my one year old both times. The first time I just settled having him on my lap while I ate but the second time I was not going to do that. They lost business from a family of five.

Jesus was our waiter and was great. I ordered the Soho and was delicious. There was no wait time on a busy Friday evening and food was ready in a timely manner.

We stopped in again and had a great specialty pizza (feta cheese, spinich, + etc), shrimp linguine type pasta, wine and of course the coveted bread and marinara sauce. mmmm…I like any restaurant that serves food automatically because more often than not I have a hungry child along. Chips and salsa, peanuts, etc. are welcome, however, warm bread and marinara dipping sauce trumps most others. The pizza was very good and the pasta was too– the shrimp tasted a bit fishy, however. The waiter was NOT on the ball hence only earning a 10% tip from me. I have been a waitress and will tip way past great service standard of 20%, if deserved.

We went in for a quick lunch bite. I had the greek pizza slice and the pistachio cheesecake slice. They have started us with some marinara sauce and bread bites, they were ok… then the pizza, it was again… just ok… the pistachio cheesecake… was ok… nothing from the whole experience was mind blowing… I was having some huge expectations for this place to be «the pizza joint» for me… I shall continue the search. The service was good, they were friendly and checked on us frequently. I shall try them for dinner and some other items hopefully something seals the deal…

Mostly lame beers on tap (Sam Adams, Peroni, Blue Moon) but they have bottled Angry Orchard!
Also a good place for groups and parties because they have HUGE party pizzas! Like four feet huge!
