This place looked fine from the outside, but the bathtub in my room had multiple pubes in it, same thing around the toilet and sink. Ewwww! There were fingernail clippings on the carpet. Bed looked okay, hopefully it was? I waited too long to mention the dirtyness to management, by then there was no one there to clean it up. The guy offered me more towels, which wouldn’t have helped anyway. DO NOT stay here if you can help it. On the plus side, they had breakfast tacos available in the morning, so that was tasty. And the wifi was easy to use.

Disgusting hotel. Room smelled musty and the bathroom was not clean, not even close.

Dirty and old! My phone, internet and computers in the business center did not work. Also if you are into the pools– it is empty. Terrible fitness center. What gets me is the price. Considering McAllen is growing, there are plenty of cheaper and significantly better options to go for.

There are many nicer hotels in the area. The manager is rude and this place is lacking maintenance. It smells musty and old. Save yourself from a lousy stay and go somewhere else.

I had a good stay clean room friendly staff only issue i had was my room wouldn’t open not sure what the problem was i had to go to the front dest to reprogram the key!

Ok so I went here with 3 other co worker. When we got there the border patrol was there doing something with a few people. Didnt understand them so wasnt sure. Sounds like someones car got broekn into.
I checked in first and when I was done the front desk person walked away, as if the other 3 people I was with were going to stay with me in my room, in my one king size bed… She came back and realized the other 3 needed rooms too. They put me on the 1^st floor which our travel planner specifially told them not to do for safety reasons. I didnt say anything though, it was fine and i dont like to complain.
So my room was cute but there was this coffee stain on my counter when I got there. I assumed it would be cleaned up by the next day but it wasnt. It stayed there the whole time I was there. The last night, I found a pack of cigarettes in my room. So the housekeeping as some issues.
I dont know, it was just a weird experience for me.

Pros: This hotel has all the valuable free amenities and great location for me! Free business center which included free fax, printer, computer. The room was huge for one person, but very clean and comfortable: king bed, tv, free internet, couch, desk, etc. Staff was always friendly.
Cons: the front desk person was new and the computer server went down. It took a while for the system to come back up and work again.
