Loop Brewing Company

We were driving into to town, on our way to visit family, when we stopped at this place for lunch. When you walk in, the atmosphere is a little blah. Which is sad considering the idea for this local bar and grill right on the train tracks is such a neat one.
We ordered some pretzels for an appetizer to split between the six of us, and they were fantastic, they we’re warm and soft. Yet, the cheese with it was pretty rubbery. After that we ordered our food. This place is mainly known for their burgers and pizza, so that’s what we got.
I got their «spicy burger» and it did live up to the name, packed with good flavor. Somebody else in our group ordered the Naples pizza. It seemed ok, but we were all surprised to find that their was Canadian bacon in the pizza.
Some of the food we ordered here was pretty good, but along with the other food and the boring atmosphere, this place was nothing too special. But I’m sure, in a small town like this, is a nice place to go if you don’t want fast food.

Our group of 9 barrelracers tonight for pizza, sandwiches and drink. Great as previous visits have all been. We had the specialty menu pizza tonight of BBQ chicken and pablano. Was very good. I like the thin crust here which is apparently standard. The housemade rootbeer is my fav drink here. This is our gangs favorite food stop during events here.

Great food… pizza is unique and sandwich menu is diverse. Comfortable for single, small groups, and families.

The beer is great. The root beer is excellent. The service is exceptional, even when they are busy. Aaron at the bar is wonderful and helpful. Thank you.

Excellent food but beware very pricey. The home brews are fantastic and the service is acceptable. Highly recommend the home brews though. Worth a visit every once in a while if you have the money

This place is so good! Great beer and also an acceptable place for the whole family. My little sisters cream soda is probably the best I’ve ever had and I was a chronic cream soda consumer as a kid.

Love the root beer! We stopped here while we were visiting McCook and would definitely go again. Great food, quick service, oh and did I mention the root beer? ;)

Great meeting place for groups, large or small. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Serious pizza in diverse concoctions. The sandwiches rock. The only microbrewery in the area, the selection is also varied and worth a try. Root beer is also homemade and adored by kids, in addition to the atmosphere being a re-​purposed depot. Watch the trains roll by, enjoy your grub, your company, and enjoy a unique, small-​town experience.

Kitchen still needs to work on getting food out timely… please?
