Asphalt By Design

Working with Asphalt By Design (ABD) was great. My asphalt driveway looked terrible – with potholes and roots from trees pushing up the asphalt in spots. I was dreading the cost to repair it, but the root bulges got bigger and bouncier and I finally did some research for estimates. Barney at Asphalt By Design came by to give me a bid that was much lower than I anticipated.
They broke up the asphalt over the roots, cut the roots out, and patched over with asphalt. All the potholes were filled and leveled – tamping they called it. And then they went from one end of the driveway to the other with an asphalt «slurry» to fill in the many cracks in the surface.
The driveway looks great and I now have a smooth ride. If I had known how reasonable the price was, I would have done this necessary repair years ago. The ABD crew worked for hours on the job. No rush to move on to another job. They clearly wanted to do it right. I have already recommended this company to a few friends who also needed repair work on their driveways.
