I found this location to be very messy and cluttered. The aisles were so narrow and cluttered with items that two people could not walk down an aisle at the same time without having to step out of the way. Let’s not even talk about pushing a basket through an aisle. The lines were very long. Customer service was the only register open and watching customers try and maneuver baskets through the narrow aisles should have alerted a manager to change the dynamic of the check out process, but it didn’t. Will not go to this BB&B again.

You know these places always are jam packed full of goods, some I’ve seen before but mostly a ton of stuff that I didn’t know existed (good & bad). The customer service is always good at this location but the only thing I can say on the negative side & this goes for all locations not just this one. It always feels cluttered here. I’m almost positive that I don’t see everything i’d be interested in because it’s so crowded.

Quick review:
This store is smaller than most BB&B but for the most part you can find what you’re looking for. If they don’t sell it in the store or have it in stock, the associates are normally more than happy to order it for you.
My only gripe is that they can never seem to open on time. The store hours (on the door) read 0900, but the store actually opens now at 0930. You can normally get it by 0940.
The customer service is great, time management can use some improving but all in all, it’s a nice place to shop.

This store is great! My husband and I did our wedding registry here and the girl who helped us was extremely helpful, attentive, and never pushy. I believe her name was Amy (not 100% on that!) I’ve been here countless times in the past several years and the workers are always very helpful and friendly. As mentioned in a previous review, they do accept expired coupons and will also allow you to bring in a coupon with a previous receipt and let you get a refund of what you would have saved if you had brought it with you initially! This may just be a general store policy, but regardless, it’s quite a perk!

If you know what you want and stay with the list it is a greatg shop. If you love to spend money watch out as your buggy will be full. One great thing about the store is that they take expired coupons!
