Shortly after submitting this review on Friday afternoon, the store manager, Michael Stettler, called me personally and gathered information from me about what pieces I was lacking and how he could make things right. Ultimately, he refunded me the funds for all of the trim pieces to include the quarter round and is even having it personally delivered to my home this afternoon. I am very happy about this outcome and will certainly consider Floor n Décor for any future floor needs that we may have. Thank you Mr Stettler!
