Planet Smoothie

I’ve had the worst experiences with this planet smoothie. The staff is very rude, they never open on time, and they never really have more than one employ working. One Saturday I waited an hour for them to open and no one even showed prior to even open for the day before 10.

I visited this location on May 16, 2016 around 9 am and never in my life had I felt so violated and humiliated by an employee and a customer. All I wanted to order was large Road Runner smoothie when the employee, to what I believe to be an co-​owner or brother to the owner of this franchise. The male employee asked me if I was sure I wanted to order the smoothie with the energy supplement. He then wanted me to stand up so he could look at me. I am currently nine months pregnant, however that was not his concerns. I simply told him to make the smoothie and I didn’t wish to discuss my pregnancy with him. Low and behold, not even a minute went by when a male customer walked in staring at me as I sat on a stool waiting for my smoothie when this customer asked me twice if my baby was due this month. I wanted to ignore him but he was standing directly in front of me and my response was that was none of his damn business. This male customer kept talking as he walked away saying all he was doing was being polite and my response was no you’re simply being nosy. Then all of sudden this customer went on a cursing tirade and threaten me and calling me names. While the male employee and another male customer just sat back and watched. I did what anyone person what would have done. I started to defend myself and curse at him back. He kept telling me to STFU and called me b****. I will never order anything from this location again in life. It is a travesty for grown men to watch another grown man verbally assault a pregnant woman who is minding their business and trying to buy a beverage. I hope my review my deter other women, pregnant or not from going into this franchise and risk being harassed. What is makes this encounter so terrible was the male employee knew this male customer and they preceded to engage in some sort of business conversation as I was leaving. They clearly knew each other!!! Please pass this review on to all the social media sites out there, warning everyone about my experience. Thank you.

It was a little hard to find with the mapquest app through here… It had us turn off the road early. But when we got there we had decent service and the place was clean.

I have visited this location a few times and I must agree with everyone else, the people that work here aren’t super bubbly and friendly so don’t come in expecting that. The smoothies are made fairly quickly and they taste amazing!!! They are semi pricey but the ingredients are all natural. I like the two piece bikini which is bananas, strawberries, and skim milk. For a medium (which looks like a large) was about $ 5. Also, this place is American owned, yay!

When me and my boyfriend first walked in, the service was just rude. We were rushed in ordering our drinks because another customer came in. However, the smoothies tasted delicious and it was quickly made.

I come here all the time after my workout at the gym and get the PB smoothie and it is so good OMGOSH. This place has something called spot on (Free app) where you can accumulate points and you can get discounts. Customer service isn’t excellent but it is good, the staff is family oriented and the store is always nice and clean. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking to get a great smoothie.

I’ve been frequenting this place since they opened. I always enjoy going there for a treat!

Ok I love planet smoothie. They have great smoothies but my service at this location was terrible. The lady that was working was not nice even though I was trying to hold a conversation. She did not seem happy to work there and I felt like I was doing her a dis-​service by coming in and ordering a smoothie. I talked with a few of my friends and they had a similar experience
