At first glance you notice that the QI is a bit of an aged gal. Yes, it’s got a few years on her. However, once you’re here and you give it a chance, it’s a decent stay.
The front desk staff is kind, professional and courteous. The lobby is clean and has fresh coffee available ²⁴⁄₇. They are quick to amend any that needs attention or even to offer a local recommendation. I’m here for three weeks, so any and all local tips are greatly appreciated.
The rooms are somewhat hit and miss but all rooms are reasonably livable. This is important because the group that I’m here with is here for 3 – 4 weeks. It has to be appropriately like home. Every room comes with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, LG flat screen TVs with basic cable, seating area and a desk. There are plenty of outlets for charging phones, iPads, laptops, etc. My room has peeling popcorn ceiling but it’s not dreadful by any means. The housekeeping staff comes every morning, makes the bed, vacuums, provides fresh towels, empties the trash and simply makes sure that when I return from work that the room is made new and comfortable. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this. My colleague’s room has newer paint so QI does keep up with the maintenance.
Amenities are fewer than most hotels but the pool is spacious and clean, the laundry facilities work well and the WI-​FI appears to work just fine and it’s included at no extra charge to us. There is also a breakfast area that is not included in our stay but is a mere $ 5 up-​charge. However, I think it is included in the regular stay.

Very nice comfortable, clean accommodations. All staff pleasant and friendly. Breakfast area warmly decorated, clean, and spacious. Food was the usual fare. Grounds around courtyard and pool lushly landscaped and well manicured. A nicely maintained property and I would stay there again.

Welcomed by friendly front desk staff. Since our room was not ready at check-​in time, we were upgraded to a spacious suite that consisted of a large bedroom, a living room area, and 2 separate bathrooms.
The room was very clean, bed was comfy, had large windows with a good view of the outdoor pool. Although the furniture and carpeting looked old, they appeared to be well-​maintained.
Included with your stay is a free breakfast! Hours are early — 6:30 am to 9:30 am on weekends, so be sure to set an alarm. Breakfast included yogurt, hot beverages, juices, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, warm biscuits, fruits, etc.
Gym is tiny — and consists of a small room with a spinning machine, one weight machine, and a treadmill.
Free Wifi.
Overall, a good stay for a good price.

Very low budget hotel with incredibly poor service. Would have walked out due to surly staff if not for a pre paid room. While outside landscaping and pool are well kept, interiors are very old.
