Red Lobster

Our server was extremely rude and inattentive. She obviously was upset that the hostess kept seating people in her area because she loudly demanded that the hostess stop seating people in her area once we were seated at a booth. I can understand being under staffed and overwhelmed what I don’t respect is being rude. I ordered salmon, broccoli and mashed potatoes; the salmon was tough and mashed potatoes were hard. I ordered a Bahama Mama and asked that it be upgraded into a larger glass which every other Red Lobster I’ve been to honors but not this one. The server rudely explained «we don’t do that here». I will never eat at this Red Lobster again.

Walked in and looked at the prices in the Menu and walked right back out. Now I can understand if this Seafood was fresh out the Ocean. But no and the cheapest Entrée the menu was $ 22. Shame on you Red Lobster in this economy, we are going Mexican…

Food is OK, but not «AS GREAT» based on the price they charge. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVER order an alcoholic beverage here unless you want to throw your money away. «SMALL» Grey Goose Martini was almost $ 10.00. «Grand Patron» Margarita was served with way less than ½ shot of tequila on the side and the price was a little over $ 10.00. We «MIGHT» go back there for dinner and iced water… We will NEVER go there and order a mixed drink…

I decided to give this another try and it was so good last week that I had to go back today! My server, Alicia is AMAZING!!! She not only remembered me but also what food & drink I had last week! The food was very tasty… lots to pick from.
When you go to this location PALEEZE ask for Alicia… you will be treated RIGHT!

Waited twenty minutes on a Monday after lunch rush should have been over. Around 2 pm. Ppl were seated before us bc of an incompetent host. He was slow, lazy and unapologetic for being just plain stupid. I asked why he sat others before us and he said in a voice I could barely understand that he thought we didn’t want to be seated by a window. Htf would he know? He didn’t ask. Dumbass. Told manager. She gave us a Discount and extra biscuits. There was a drunk man stumbling around the bar and walkways. He hit the fire alarm and caused a scene. The food is mediocre. Except for those biscuits.

Food was good. Service was good. Excellent server… I think her name was Key. Somewhere to satisfy a seafood craving without going to far. I went during lunch so it wasn’t crowded. I was seated quickly.

A bit on the pricey side. The biscuits are tasty but quite salty/​seasoned. It is nice to have a place with a variety of seafood options, though.

This Red Lobster in my area is horrible due to poor customer service (waitress/​waiters and manager), food (under/​over cooked, not satisfying) and atmosphere (crowded and small). I would continue to visit the Tara Blvd. location in Jonesboro due to they are way better than McDonough’s location.

Alot better this time!!! Got the ultimate feast.

Even though there was a wait, I can honestly say it was worth it.
Food was hot, delicious.
Our waitress was Nikki. Southern gal.
She was really good.
Things have improved… hope it continues to stay this way.

Horrible!!! Idk what standards they are following but it’s not Red Lobster. I got extremely sick. Maybe it’s time to let Darden restaurants go now.

Terrible service, mediocre food at high prices. I am a bit of a seafood snob having lived on the gulf coast for a few years. For some folks this place is the bomb, for me it is a bomb…

on arrival waited 5 + mins for a greeter all the while making eye contact with the bar waitresses.
once seated waited around 7 minute and our waitress flew by saying she would be right back 5 mins later the mgr showed up asking if we had been helped… we said no
When our server returned with our drinks she told us she said she would be right back …
I ordered the Admiral’s Feast she ordered a small bowl of chowder and salad.
her salad and chowder arrived in less than 4 mins she enjoyed both saying they were good.
8 to 10 mins later my food arrived and I ate and shared my food with my wife BECAUSE HER FOOD WAS BROUGHT AT THE WRONG TIME… looked and tasted good we payed and sent the waitress back twice for a to go box.
overall im very unhappy with red lobster

to their credit they gave us some kind of discount on the check we seen it but didnt understand it and were not wanting to do anything but get out

Ordered the grilled chicken and rice pilaf; chicken was under cooked so waitress sent it back «real quick». Well, my mother was done with her meal by the time I got my plate back. Then come to find out, it wasn’t even worth the wait; I’ve had much better chicken at most fast food places. Waitress was not apologetic at all. The cheese biscuits were the only good thing about the visit.

The food at this red lobster restaurant was only average. The cheddar biscuits were very good but the service time was extremely long for a restaurant that was not very busy. From the time our order was placed it took 41 minutes for our meal to arrive. The server was friendly and the restaurant was clean but for the price of the food you expect the quality to be a little better. The salad was somewhat wilted and not very cold. Portions were of a good size.

Short wait time. All of five minutes… and on a Sunday! Delicious food. I got the 4 course meal with clam chowder, Caesar salad, shrimp and scallop pasta and caramel cheesecake. Everything was delicious. This was definitely the better value since I wanted a salad and dessert.

Always excellent service. Restaurant always clean and active. Never had a bad meal. Carisa is a great server, friendly and efficient.

My experience today was very disappointing. The waitress leaned over us throughout the entire time she served us. I ordered HOT tea and she leaned over 2 ppl to pass me my tea! My food was stiff. My pasta stuck together! Just yuk!

It was a very long wait on Saturday Night of over an hour. Biscuits were great but mahi mahi was just ok. Not as good as many other restaurants in Metro ATL, but not bad for McDonough.

Supposed to be a family style resturant but too dark for that. More like a date atmosphere but without the good food. I’m not really a fan of seafood but the only time i’m here is when i’m with someone that enjoys it. So I have to say that looking at this through someone else’s eye’s [a seafood lover] on the seafood side the seafood is kind of greasy, bland & doesn’t really give a good reason to come back here & looking at this article not many others do either:
Now from the chicken & steak side is more of my territory and i’m here to say that both are as dry as dust with no flavor what so ever. Avoid, avoid, avoid until they get there stuff together.
