Sam’s Club

I really like this Sam’s the early morning staff are so kind and polite and are always willing to kindly assist me.

Not typical of Sam’s Club at all.
It just appeared that they were grossly understaffed — everywhere! Long line at customer service; longer than usual lines at the registers; and the line at the food counter was 50 people deep.
Really, I just stopped in for a couple of hot dogs and it took 25 minutes because there were only two people working and neither seemed at all motivated to hustle. The one disgruntled guy was «cranking» out one, I repeat, one pizza every 10 minutes and the young woman had to was her hands between every customer and put on a new pair of gloves. I can appreciate the process but together, they were able to move one customer about every five minutes. The napkins, straws and lids were wiped out and there was mustard, ketchup and relish everywhere. Where’s the pride? Just ridiculous.
The store itself appears smaller than most SCs. It still had everything but the meat section just appeared wiped out or just not stocked properly. I’ve never seen this before at either a Sam’s or a Costco.
Management, where were you? Step in and help your employees.

Slow is a kind way to describe the service in Mcdonough Sams. You haven’t
been back to the Pharmacy yet!!!

The Absolute Worse Sam’s Club I have ever shopped in since Sam’s Club opened. I hope that this does not represent what your business stands for? The employees were not friendly or helpful or knowledgeable about your services and products. I was going to spend a little more, but it wasn’t worth it. We definitely have other options.

This Sam’s is OK, the selection is about the same as you can find at the other locations. I do like the fact that they seem to get Cell service/​equipment a bit cheaper than the stores near them & there gas always seems to be cheaper than the local stations.

I love this Sam’s! It’s always clean and have many new products to choose from. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because they need more cashiers. Other than — come check out this spot!

I love this Sam’s. I think the only other one that comes close, well two, are the one near North Point Mall and there is one in the Savannah area that I like.
This location has everything that I like. It’s always nice and clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The gas here is always 5 – 10 cents cheaper than the Jonesboro/​Southlake Mall area location.
Saturday’s and Sunday’s they are always having demonstrations and food tasting. I try not to eat at every station, but that’s not always possible.
