During our annual termite inspection, Robert Denman of Skyline discovered a faulty water leak from our HVAC system that would have never been noticed. He went above an beyond to discover the problem and recommend a solution for us.

I will only give a one star for the contract to check our termite cans. We have been having trouble with a armadillo for over 3 months. Contacted them to come out and remove it and didn’t get a call back with an appointment for over 3 weeks and when they did call, they said they couldn’t come out for almost a month. They wanted to put some mixture on our yard and I told them that I didn’t want that spread. That won’t stop the problem but move it into our woods behind our house. I have a dog and small children and don’t want to take any chances. They stated that they don’t catch and relocate. They came out anyway and spread that crap on my yard (against my wishes) and proceeded to charge us $ 300. That was over two weeks ago. The animal is still living under our garage and driveway and has gotten ballsier by coming into our garage. We went out and got a trap and worms to trap it ourselves. This company has been proven to be worthless and a money drainer. Not to mention they are hired to come out and spray to make sure we don’t generate roaches and have seen 4 in the house since we moved in in December. Not cool.

Our service technician has always been very thorough and comes like clockwork for regular maintenance. He’s always been professional and we have NOT seen one roach or bug inside our house because of the preventative treatments. I like that we have the same technician each time, too so he’s familiar with our home. He was recommended highly by my neighbors.
