Made a order two days prior to pick up date. I was told my order would be done on a Monday at 5pm. (for a 4 page presentation booklet). The receipt said it would be done within the hour yet I was told to come back two days later. When I did come back, they had no knowledge of my order and it was never completed. I now have to wait for them to complete it. I will NEVER bring my printing business here again.

If it’s customer service your looking for… go somewhere else! The girl at the print desk talked so fast and so low I couldn’t understand a word she was saying. She spelled my first and last name wrong… I didn’t even bother to correct her.
Too bad this store isn’t managed properly, I love office supplies and look for a chance to buy them often! I guess I’ll look at Walmart first and go here as a last resort. Too bad, really.

Very poor service at Staples. You have a business account and do a lot of business with Staples. They advertise that they Price match the competition that they try to force their visa card rebate instead off matching the actual price. Item was $ 10 at Office Depot and $ 35 at Staples but came down to $ 10 after mail-​in rebate. A business it’s not really set up for rebates for accounting purposes, I asked them to match the price and not give me the rebates. The manager was not very helpful.

We got them to do some rubber signature stamps for us. 4 in total. They were not even our signature. They were just cursive wrighting. And one of them had a plus sign in between the 1st and last name. Then we returned one and had them redo it and the signature is so small the stamp can’t even b used. These weren’t cheap 20 $ a piece.

–1 They need a negative star. A rating of one is too high. Possible wait time for a bw copy 40 minutes if they have time in between their buddy chats.
You might as well be inbisible. Pitiful staff. No sense of urgency on the day shift. Manager walks around talking and playing with their hair while the line builds with 1 register open 5 staffers and 10 customers.

Visited staples on sept 6th, the worst experience every, poor customer service.
While waiting in line the cashier just walked away and went to another register and started ringing someone behind me. When I ask what about me, who is going to ring me up, she looked and said nothing. I put my ink on the counter and left. Will never shop their again.

I’ve never had a overly pleasant experience here but they usually have the items i’m looking for & are willing to price match & because of this i’ll come here first use the price match app on my phone to get the best deal. Now the customer service in this place leaves «much» to be desired. Word to the wise if Office Depot decides to move to this area the could provide you very stiff competition.

They match prices on electronics with other stores so I buy all of my electronics from Staples. They are remarkably easy to deal with on returns and other issues. I always buy the protection plan from Staples and never have any issues with swapping things out. I am a Staples loyalist for this reason.
