Villas At South Point

This place is all about money. I went in for an apartment and talked to one of the male agents and he seemed very nice and also showed me and my fiancé the available apartments. So the entire application and reserve fee cost 125 and I had a judgement on my credit back in 2008 and it was wrongfully done. Anyway I told him about it all. So I called to check on the apartment and he would not come to the phone at all so one of the agents told me that if you had a judgement whether it was paid or not you will not be approved. She also stated any evictions are automatically denied. So basically this place does not work with you and are rip offs. I wish I could take this one star away. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Overpriced as well.
