All About It smoke shop, and custom glass

It was really refreshing to be educated on what I was buying vs. Just trying to be roped in. Not only do the sell you high quality glass they have extensive knowledge and experience to help you find what you want and need. Also have some really bomb raffles! I will for sure be returning. BTW I went to two other shops before this one. At the others the employees didn’t see to care and we’re just worried about you purchasing something. All About It went above and beyond what I had just experienced. If I could give more stars I would!

Everybody at the shop is extremely helpful and outgoing to help with any question, problem, or anything you may need. the glass selection is the most unique ive seen in ages and they stand by every work of art they make. I would highly recommend stopping in here.

went back nothing changed… was told they made custom slides but the joints on them were garbage compared to sheldon black or roor

Lets Talk about why All About It gets a 1 star review.
1^st. I called to see if they had Toro water pipes in and I get told They have the biggest selection of Toro or any glass in a 10 hour drive. (already turned off by this obvious «lie»)
2^nd. Once I got to the «smoke shop» I was amazed at how little they had to offer. Two cases filled with water pipes, maybe a handful of toro’s (3 – 5) 1 illadelph, 2 roors and some semi-​custom water pipes. I certainly didn’t drive all the way out to this «smoke shop» to see nothing special but that’s what I got.
3^rd. PRICES.
TALK ABOUT A RIP OFF. 900+ dollars for their most inexpesnive TORO. Are you kidding? Then they attempted to sell my friend a Luke Wilson tube for 350, when asking the gentleman who worked there why their prices were higher then ones we found online (
) We were told buying smoking pipes online is ILLEGAL… what a load of crap. Not only did he outright lie to us on various occasions but then told us it was illegal to buy pipes online.
4^th. Language.
Dude it’s a business I don’t need to hear every Cuss word in the Planet I know you think you tubes are F*$#ing dope but you don’t need to drop the F bomb like every other word its nonprofessional and ugly.

They way he treated my friend when he asked for a better price.
«would you do it for $ 300?»
«Nope, No Fu$%ing way man» without hesistation. I mean a really GOOD business owner would have paused. Taken the offer into consideration and either counter-​offered or kindly decline the offer. Instead we were treated with rudeness, disrespect, and quite frankly a sour taste in my mouth at least.
To say the least I bought my blunt wraps (not available in Chicago) and left. not impressed much by what they had, their prices are RIDICULOUS. The staff or well the only guy there was rude as ever.
THE ONLY good thing about this shop is they can repair glass… only problem is THEY usually CANT!
Do yourself a favor if you want something custom go to Etsy.
Do yourself another favor if you want to spend 500 bucks bring it to Chicago, Go to SECRETS and ask for a better price. you may have to haggle but you won’t get treated like crap. and they have a selection that would beat the PANTS off this places.
Avoid at ALL COSTS!
