AWFUL customer service from the manager, Kristen. I came in for a membership, ive been a member for a couple of years. No one was at the front desk, so instead of walking around the place, I POLIETLY hollered as we all do, «Hellllllloooooo.» She came around the corner with such attitude and snidely replied, «Can I help you.» We went about our transaction as normal, but I knew she was in a mood. She typically is. After I finished my tan, I put my towel in the baskest, and said, «have a nice day, bye.» Kristen then with a tone said to me, «I need to see what spray you used.» To which, I said, «ok.» She didn’t slam the container on the counter, but she did put it back in the counter with attitude, saying, «You cant use this, it has mineral oil in it and will crack the bed.» Keep in mind, this was said with now major attitude. She didn’t just simply tell me like you would tell someone that isn’t aware of something. At that point, I lost it with her. She had a tude before I got there and she took it out on me. I yelled at her, asked to see a manager, that’s when she said shes the manager. She accused me of yelling down the hallway to get her attention… well, did she expect me to walk through her establishment looking for her, or maybe I should have stood there until she decided to come out. I asked for a refund, to which she replied, «WEDONTGIVEREFUNDS!» She also said to me, «DIDYOUNOTTAKEYOURMEDSTODAY???» If this is they type of employee Envious hires and this is how they run their business, then I’m telling everyone that reads this… GOTOANOTHERSALON. Kristen worked at a salon in Lake Geneva for 12 years, and got fired, and I’m sure it was for her LACK of customer service skills and attitude. Tanning salons are a dime a dozen. Ill go else where and I recommend you do as well

I’m not one to complain publicly about a business but I feel that the service and attitude I received at Envious was beyond disappointing. As a former retail manager of 25+ years I would think that when a customer has a problem that wasn’t her fault why the retailer wouldn’t do something to make the situation«right». I wasn’t asking for an entire refund but when YOUR computer messes something up I would expect something fair to be done. I was treated as though I was ignorant and didn’t know what I was talking about. It’s not a good place to do business that involves any automatic charges to your credit/debit card.

Super friendly staff! Excellent beds! I love how clean it was! They also have an awesome selection of lotions to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place.

I recently went here on a Tuesday($ 5 tans) and was extremely disappointed in the service by the girls working there and the tanning beds. I realize it’s a busy season, but when a customer is standing in front of you, you should get off of your personal phone call. When using the bed, there were 8! broken bulbs. When I told the staff about this, all she said was, «yeah, we know, but we’re too busy to change them». Really? One bulb, fine. But 8? That wasn’t all in one day. She said there was nothing she could do. There was no apology, no refund or anything. I was sure to let the ‘standing room only’ people waiting know that the bed I just used had 8 bulbs out and not to pay unless they got a bed that worked properly! I guess that’s what I get for spending $ 5! Better off somewhere else that cares about customer satisfaction.

This place is awesome. It is way more than just a tanning salon. They have a couple different services they offer. The beds are nice. They have both lay down and stand up. Inside the salon is very clean and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend envious!
