The food is awful! It tastes like it was just microwaved. The servers were very slow and the pace wasn’t steady. I ordered Shrimp Tacos and it was a tiny portion. I was NOT satisfied with my meal. I won’t be returning!

No longer a restaurant. Pool tables take the place of former dining rooms. Only bar food, but they don’t even have a burger. Anything hot has been microwaved.

I was excited to hear Santa Fe had re-opened, but was disappointed with the food and the service. One thing that didn’t change: it was still freezing cold inside. The fish in the tacos was cold and overwhelmed with too much sauce. The rice was cold, dry, and flavorless. Beans were ok. The cabbage, tomato, & onion for the tacos were all fresh. My spouse got an okay sandwich, but he thought the fries were great. His first cup of coffee was cold on arrival or cold by the time cream was added(did I mention it was freezing cold?) We waited a l-o-n-g time for our check, and while waiting watched a server argue with another table of diners about what entrees they had ordered. I think the menu tried to do too much and fell short. Would have preferred fewer choices – including a meatless pasta – and have those choices done well. I think the wait staff might be new & could probably benefit from additional training and coaching. So, so Sorry Santa Fe for this honest, critical review – I really was hoping for at least the same level, if not better, of food & service as the previous owner(s) provided. I’ll wait for some positive reviews before deciding to try again.

The service has definitely gotten way worse since they reopened. The servers all seem lost. Ours last night was not friendly at all. The only thing good about the meal was the coconut shrimp which are amazing. I got the full rack of ribs which are $ 27 and they came out cold to the touch. I sent them back to be cooked more and when they came out again they were still cold. Not impressed santa fe!

The host told us to wait as she looked at the seating chart as if that was more important than the customer. We sat down to a rushed waiter. Chips and none melted cheese came next. Then drinks eventually. They disappeared came back with the wrong order and took off before we could even correct them. An hour later food comes out and Old Elpaso had a better dinner package. Shredded chicken taco has no taste. That poor manager on 08−3−14 pm shift looked like he had to do everything. Everyone else besides a busser that was a big help was useless. That hostess ruins the visit from the start though. Never again and hope the owner is ashamed of themselves.

Very disappointing. The place looks nice but that was about the only good thing. The service was okay, a little on the slow side and our waitress was just down right creepy and bizarre. The«chef’s special» was Paella with shrimp, which turns out to be Spanish rice with a few mussels thrown on top and two shrimp skewers. Beer was warm. This place was way overpriced. I would really suggest going somewhere else.

This place isn’t good. The food is over priced, small portions, not tasty. The waitstaff was also really slow. The margaritas were pretty disgusting too. My recommendation is to stay far away.

Very disappointing visit. The menu is very odd a strange combination of items. We ordered 4 dinners and 3 out of 4 were lousy. The wings were decent. The roast beef sandwich was tasteless and the chips had an odd taste. The fish tacos too were tasteless with bland fish and plain onion, tomatoes and red cabbage. No taste at all. The black beans were inedible, looked like dog food. The rice too was dry and bland. The fajitas were just as boring. When we told our server the food was horrible his answer was oh, sorry. We won’t be returning

This place is great! My friend and I went for lunch and we were very impressed. We ordered soups and salads from the specials menu and they were both delicious! The portions were very generous for the price and the staff was courteous and friendly. Highly recommend it!

We have been fans of Sant Fe Grille for several years so we were happy to see it had reopened 2 weeks ago and tried it for lunch today. The menu is very limited, but the server and manager both explained that a new menu is coming; this is temporary and the new management considers it a «work in progress». Our favorites(hot wing dip and Old Bay wings) weren’t on the menu(thus 4 stars instead of 5) but the server said they could do old bay wings. We had the wings, quinoa montezume(it was on the menu as couscous but it was quinoa instead– still very good) and chicken pesto quesadilla. All 3 dishes were wonderful. We will continue to go there and are looking forward to the new expanded menu… But please bring back the hot wing dip!

Went there Saturday night and was deeply disappointed. It was closed over the winter and reopened last Friday under new management and cook. Gone is the south west food you come to expect from a restaurant with Santa Fe in the name. $ 14 for a salad and $ 22 for a half rack of ribs. Just because you have an entrée’ with«santa fe style» after it does not mean south west to me. We were so disappointed in the extremely limited menu we left and went to McDonald’s.
