Terrible, terrible work. Requested remodeling was done incorrectly, and leaking plumbing not only still leaks but is worse. Owner did not file for the permits that were required (as he stated in the initial contract), and now we have to have someone come in and correct his mistakes. As I type, the owner has refused to reimburse us for work to correct his mistakes.
