Candy Favorites

I rarely give out 5 stars to a business, mainly because customer service has fallen by the wayside in recent years with businesses. But Candy Favorites has been the BEST (and I mean THE BEST) customer experience I have ever had.
I ordered bulk M&Ms for my wedding as party favors and the ordering process was great. Not only was the shipment easy to place, but they called me the next day because they checked the weather in my local area where it was shipping to and were worried the heat in my location may effect the product and recommended shipping them out faster and in a cooler (which they did free of charge). So nice and professional to do that, showing that they really care about the customer experience.
The order came and unfortunately, there was some damage to the product. I called candy favorites and they replaced the entire order within a couple days and made sure I was fully satisfied!
Even though they may have spent extra money on me to replace my order, I hope they know that I am making sure that EVERYONE I know will use Candy Favorites for their candy needs. Seriously, when anyone asks me what is the best customer experience, Candy Favorites for sure.

I have been dealing with Candy Favorites, Mr. Prince and the staff at Candy Favorites for about 4 years now, and they are absolutely a delight to work with. All my transactions are smooth and they really make you feel like your are not just some random customer! They have a great wide selection, very competitive pricing, plus they have that feeling about them like a neighborhood store where your greeted with a warm smile. Be very careful in ordering from this company.
They will accept your order and charge your card and then e mail you to say that what you ordered (and was listed as being in stock) is not in stock and you must either wait till they get around to you or cancel your order and resubmit it later.
Not a good company to deal with.

When I was researching bulk candy, I quickly realized something that really mattered: Candy Favorites offers FREE SHIPPING. They obviously recognize that shipping costs add up quickly when you’re buying an enormous amount of candy!
We’re having a candy buffet at our wedding, so I was looking for crowd favorites. The website is easy to navigate and allows you to search based on candy, color, themes, flavors, etc. They also sell thermo cases and ice packs if you’re shipping candy in the heat of the summer.
I received the huge box of candy just days after I placed the order. There was only one problem– they sent Reese’s cups instead of Reese’s pieces.* I contacted them and they got back to me right away, and within days, I had the five pounds of Reese’s pieces that I ordered. Delicious candy and excellent customer service? I definitely recommend ordering from them if you need bulk candy.
*This is obviously not a real problem for anyone who loves Reese’s candy.
