Kate McCaffrey D.O. is a wonderful doctor who really cares about her patients, staff and students. Her holistic practice is unlike any other offered here in Humboldt County. She truly listens to her patients and treats any factors contributing to their health concerns. She actually makes contact and when necessary, provides her patients with her skilled touch, known as Osteopathic Manual Medicine. She utilizes the support of Osteopathic aides and her students who are future doctors that will hopefully return to this area to practice. She is also an excellent educator. I highly recommend Dr. McCaffrey to anyone seeking an educated, alternative approach to healthcare.
