I had this company do my yard for a few months and I had nothing but problems. The work was always inconsistent – if they even showed up. Some weeks my grass would be uneven, or the edges wouldn’t be trimmed. Or they wouldn’t weed eat. It was always different guys who showed. I suspect that the owner hires temporary day labor, which would explain why the work was always inconsistent. No training and no accountability. When I tried to talk to the owner about it, my calls would go straight to voice mail after one ring (it was his cell) and he would never call me back. They also made a mess of my yard when they installed a French drain. Now I use The Other Side and am very pleased.
