Both the website and sign on the door say open 8:30 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday but when I arrived at 9:00 on a Monday morning the door was locked and no one was there. I called and a man answered saying he was running late and would would be there in 5 minutes. While in the waiting room I overheard them losing the test results of another customer. Then when I returned the next day to get my results the place was again locked, a note on the door said closed for lunch and will be back at 12:45. I was very frustrated with this place and felt the entire process and operation is very unprofessional. I won’t be back.
