Less than 3 years and our $ 160 mailbox leaks every time it rains. Brandon Industries response? Sorry we only offer a 1 year warranty on this product… So we’re stuck with an expensive, leaky piece of junk. The «customer service» rep who said he’d call back with assistance? NEVER HAPPENED! Save yourself the hassle and protect your mail. Buy your mailboxes somewhere else!
UPDATE — 2÷5÷16 — after continued complaints I was finally escalated far enough up within the company to reach someone who cared and took the time to help resolve our issue. My new mailbox arrived yesterday and has already been installed. Thank you Brandon at Brandon Industries!
