What a great company with personalized service. Mother and Daughter, I first spoke to Judy and then to her daughter Meredith. I needed some help with my Dad and advice and direction. Meredith talked to me about his current prescriptions and gave me lot’s advice on the thing’s I should ask him and his Doctor’s so that he would receive the best care before we where even clients. I was really surprised at how much they did for me without a lot of information. I had called one company online and was forwarded to a call center that the information I trusted them with was sent to multiple companies. My Dad has chronic COPD from smoking the last 40 years and quit about 10 years ago and struggles to breath every day. Then he ad issues with his digestive track. Being a son many miles from my parents and not having all the information can be very stressful. They are getting older and Mom is healthy, but exhausted from Dad’s frequent doctor’s visits and trips to the ER. I’m afraid it’s taking it’s toll on her now and he’s dragging her down. I feel more at ease now that I have two people that care about me and my family and the cost is very affordable. They seem to be able to handle anything. It’s really nice to have a plan! Thank you so much Ladies I hope you see this. I feel like it’s more about my parent’s health than the money to them and my parent’s seem to be really comfortable.
