This is usually my favorite restaurant however I got the salad bowl with beef and the meat was so chewy and hard that I couldn’t eat it ! Guess I’ll be switching to a different meat next time. Beware beef eaters.

We’ve been coming here for probably 7+ years now and I’ve never had a negative experience. The original staff members that still work there are always friendly, the portions are generous, the lines move quick, the food is always fresh– there is just nothing bad I have to say about them. Keep doing what your doing.

I love that they never scrape the bottom of the pans when I order veggies or beans. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Chipotle is ideal since I’m a vegetarian. I don’t usually get a lot of options when going out. This location is the only one I go to.

I’m local but I’ve been to many Chipotle stores and I love this one! Not nearly as crowded as the one in Frisco or Irving. I’ve gotten to know the servers there, some have been there for years yet still greet me with a smile and kind words every time!

Place was packed for lunch. The service was slow. The tables were dirty, and the folks who had finished were sitting taking their time even though people were awaiting to be seated.
Dude! If your done get up and let someone else sit and eat. Would have been a better situation, but the Chipotle folks were not cleaning the tables…

This is absolutely the best location! The employees are always friendly and helpful. This location is clean and the quality of the food is amazing! We have been to many Chipotle restaurants in Texas and California, and this one is the tops! Great food great service!

Great food. Very consistent. Online ordering is a big plus though the site can be convoluted. The only real complaint I have is who picks that music??? Crazy weird mix of music with the best being only tolerable.

Yum! I love me some Chipotle, but this location was really fantastic! The location closest to me is always packed, and when it’s a weekend. double the crowd. We stopped in to this McKinney location for the first time a few weekends ago, expecting a long line. but nope! We were in and out in no time. They were a little skimpy on the servings here, but I think that’s across the board with Chipotle :-/
Oh well, it’s delicious enough, I’ll be back!

Best location in my opinion. Employees are always friendly. The food is consistently good and it is always clean! We eat here once a week. Much better than the location on university in mckinney.

They don’t have queso so I NEVER order a burrito. Who can eat a burrito without queso? I get the chicken tacos. They are OK, but would be better with a side of queso.

They have the BEST sour cream. Really. It’s SO GOOD! I try not to go overboard with it, but that is SO hard to do lol…
You can’t go wrong with ANYTHING here. Everything is good, EVERYTHING is fresh and fast and just, like I said, GOOD! The salads, the burritos, the burrito bowl, they’re just the best, no one like Chipotle.
If you get a salad, you must get their vinaigrette, the best flavor EVER. If they sold it in bottles, I’d buy a bottle EVERY WEEK! ALSO, now that they’ve added their seasoned brown rice, I love that SO MUCH MORE than their cilantro rice. it’s THAT good too!

Cilantro Lime Rice rocks! They make awesome Guacamole too.
