Comprehensive OB/GYN

Dr. Maria is so knowledgeable! Today was my first time visiting with her and I definitely needed help and had lots of questions. She was so up to date with current research and was able to really give insight to my concerns. She acknowledged my concerns and made me feel very comfortable expressing myself. I am so thankful and pleased to have found such a great new doctor!

I loved it!!! The ladies up front are amazingly nice. Such a clean office. The nicest ive gone to so far. Dr Maria Reyes is so nice and makes me feel great as if she really does listen to me. I love this place. I have to drive a little far to get there but it’s all worth it because all of the ladies are so friendly. :) and idk who the girl that I talk to is every time I call, but she needs to get a raise because I can call 20 times a day and she will never be annoyed :)

When I started going to Comprehensive OB-​GYN I had high hopes. However, it wasn’t long until I was let down. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. The office seems dirty and the technology (I.e. ultrasound machines) is outdated. Dr. Luciani is very friendly and knowledgeable, HOWEVER, I had to wait over an hour to see him. Unacceptable. His nurse is also less than helpful. When calling for test results or questions, she seems put out and annoyed to help. Lastly, the billing department is a joke. After paying for prenatal care upfront, I decided to switch practices. I needed to get a refund for what I paid and was told this should take 4 – 6 weeks. It’s now been over 8 weeks and I’ve heard nothing about my refund. I’ve left multiple messages with the billing department, but have yet to get a call back. This type of service is unacceptable and unnecessary. If you’re looking for an OB-​GYN, I would suggest somewhere else.
