Crown Mouldings Installed

Alan gives a good name to contractors everywhere. My plan was to get several bids and chose the lowest. Alan’s bid was super competitive (as low as the next lowest) and I picked him because his estimate was so detailed… he seemed very organized. Man was I lucky… Not only was he clean and organized he really knows his stuff when is comes to trim work.
He installed two-​part crown moudling (molding?) in our master bedroom. I had some tricky angles, a sloped ceiling, etc that I knew was going to be a challenge. In actuality the job ended up being WAY more complicated because our house was built with one side of room having a completely different angle on the sloped ceiling than the other side. I had a painter in our house at the same time and he said there was no way to install crown in that room because of the odd ball angles on the ceiling. After measuring Alan said it was one of the craziest walls he had seen in 20+ years of experience. He nailed it… looks perfect… and stuck to his original estimate despite the fact it took twice as long as it should have. The same painter that said it couldn’t be done asked for his business card and said he would be referring him out to all of his customers. This is a painter that knows TONS of crown molding contractors and he said it was the best work he had ever seen.

Alan installed our crown moulding about 2 weeks ago and I LOVE IT! He did a wonderful job. He was very clean and tidy, organized all the way down to the estimate.
