This is simply a wonderful store with a mangement team that knows how to take care of their customers and their own people. I cannot say enough on how good the pharmacy is and the wonderful people that work there. They always exceed my expectations and always have prescriptions done ahead of time. The pharmacist Sudheer is awesome. Really the entire team is too. Also, the front end people in the store are awesome too. And someone is always willing to help you find what you need. The store on 75 and Virginia could learn a lot from this store. That one is terrible and I’d never go there again.

Rude pharmacy staff and no one ever can answer photo questions. Checkout area is messy. Wouldn’t go here if it wasn’t for insurance needs and location.

I am in this CVS all the time. Sometimes the lines are long, but they always call someone up to help. I have had nothing but friendly service. The pharmacy is especially good. All of the people who work back there are helpful and kind.

Whoa, I’m shocked by the negative review on this location. I’ve been going here since 2011 and have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. They are usually well stocked, willing to help me find something in the store, and it’s always been clean and well-kept. I think the worst thing to happen to me was that the pharmacy was busy and I had to wait a while for something, which happens at pretty much every pharmacy everywhere, and they were not rude about it at all. It’s a good store!

If only they had a negative star! This CVS pharmacy does not even deserve 1 star! The window technician’s have to be the rudest individual’s ever. Consistently, the service at the window and even inside leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, CVS is what I am forced to use with my insurance. If I had a choice it would not be CVS and it would not be this 2313 W. University store. The managers at this location need to hire people with social skills not a$$holes ! You would think the educated Pharmacist would request customer friendly individual’s but apparently they don’t give a damn either.
