This studio is simply the best! My daughter spent several years at 2 other dance studios in McKinney in which she wasn’t receiving proper training. When my husband and I decided to look for another studio for our daughter, we weighed several options very carefully.
We chose Dancer Strong after seeing their Spring production of Little Red Riding Hood. My daughter instantly knew she wanted to be a part of this school after watching the story unfold with each dance number. She has since participated in 2 productions, The Little Mermaid & The Jungle Book. I cannot put into words how wonderful and entertaining these productions have been! They are a joy to watch.
Dancer Strong also offers the most diverse options in dance genres. (Ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, tumbling & cheer.) They have amazingly talented & caring instructors who develop a dancer’s technique and help cultivate their students’ passion for dance as well as their confidence in themselves. They push each student to reach their full potential.
This studio feels like home to our family. The owners and instructors put a lot of effort into making everyone feel like they are welcome.
Lastly, they are extremely reasonable in their pricing! They make it easy to take several classes without breaking the bank!

My daughter absolutely loves taking dance lessons here. She is 4 years old, and they are very good with kids her age, as well as many of the older kids. The front of the house staff and back of the house staff are both excellent and the instructors look like they are having fun while educating.

I took the Tuesday night Vinyasa yoga. I’ve taken multiple yoga classes at other centers and the flow of the class was approachable for anyone who’s new to yoga as well as anyone with experience.
