I visited the store in July from Michigan. There was a fountain in the window that I wanted, but couldn’t take home. I was told that they could order me one and have it delivered. I Was completely crushed when I received what was to be a new fountain in the mail, and it was the broken down, rusted, dented, clogged store floor model. The crest of the rooster was completely bent over, and the legs of the stand bent almost completely flat.
Two months later and no resolution from Jennifer the owner. First lie after lie that a new one is coming, and now empty promises that my money will be returned. So now I have a $ 165 box of rusted garbage.
I just want to update that I did receive my money back with a very brief note, not really an apology, but an apology for it ‘not working out’ LOL. Yes, almost 3 months to get my money back, but glad it was returned.

Jennifer, the owner, greeted us with a smile as we entered. The furniture she refinishes is just phenomenal. There aren’t a ton of pieces in the shop, however, the pieces available are beautiful and of high quality.
A pop of color caught my eye. It was just what I had been looking for to provide added seating and a splash of color in my stark white, empty house. At 50% off, I couldn’t walk away without it: D I am the proud new owner of a Design TEN1 original. I can’t wait to check out what Jennifer has next time I hit McKinney Square with my Mom.
