I’ve had an awful experience with this practice. The dental assistant treated me like I was an idiot and the Dr. barely says anything to me each time I’m there. They took over 4 hours to do one crown and when it came off, they were awful about getting me in to fix it. They didn’t return my phone call after I let them know I was in pain and took a week to get me back in to fix it. Unacceptable!

This office continually has issues with returning calls. If there’s one thing you want, it’s for a dentist to return your call when you’re having issues.

One of the few biological dentists in the area — she is super nice and takes a much more natural and gentle approach such as advising you about your diet to improve tooth health. She believes in using non-​toxic materials such as porcelain instead of something like mercury. With my regular cleaning today, I got a facial massage as part of their ‘Oraspa’! Also she uses digital x-​rays which give off less radiation.

I have my whole family going here and have referred Dr. Petre to my friends. She uses water laser dentistry to reduce the pain of traditional dentistry, which in turn handily reduces reliance on dangerous anaesthetics. My son had a root canal done with only local anaesthesia, and was eating without pain at his next meal.
Her office staff is friendly, she takes time to review proposed procedures with you before she does them, and okay them with your insurance, and gives you estimates for your approval before doing the work. I wish all dentists were like Dr. Petre.
