Did an excellent job on the furniture, the customer service and timeline expectations are lackluster! Took way to long to fix it… I believe in second chances and I will call again.

We brought over an old saddleback reclining office chair that needed to be recaned. Recaning old chairs is not easy. We were given a reasonable quote of $ 80. He said he would have it in two weeks. After two weeks, the chair had been excellently redone and we would not hesitate to use his services again.
I am surprised that there are no other comments. He does good work.
