I’ve gone to several GNCs, but this is by far the best one I’ve been too. I went in and was promptly greeted by an employee, Alex. I was aiming to lose a little bit of weight, and he walked me thru all of the different options, and was able to answer my questions. I left with a customized program, which was a first as no other GNC has taken the time to do this for me before! I will be back!

So I go in to get my Isopure for the month. There was no one in the store. Zakkary comes waltzing in and I thought he was a customer. He looked high as a kite and was slurring his words. I had a question about the flavors of Isopure in stock. All I got was blank stare and a «I really don’t know«. Is GNC that desperate for employees?

Let’s see it is 115 on Friday, December 20 and this location is closed. Not closed as in no longer operating but closed as in there is not an open door. This is ridiculous! Customers driving at trying to open the door going back in her vehicle and leaving what a joke. I’m going to try to locate the franchise and complain. Bye own and establishment if you’re not going to be here!

I usually shop at a GNC that is closer to my home but I decided to stop at this location this morning because it is on the way to work. I was first disappointed to see that this location does not open until 10am. I patiently waited the 15 minutes for the store to open. At this point, 2 other customers were also waiting for the store to open. 10am quickly came and left and the store did not open. The other customers and myself waited until 10:15 and still no employee present to open the store. We all decided to leave instead of waiting for someone to decide to come to work…
