I went to MedPost Urgent Care in McKinney on Wednesday night. They were very nice and it was not crowded. i have a high deductible insurance policy and the girl told me I would have to pay $ 260.00 for my visit as negotiated by my insurance company. I was having trouble breathing and was having chest pains. The doctor heard me talking to the girl at the front desk and he came around the corner and asked me how old I was. When I told him, he said he would do an EKG on me and then send me to the ER so he said since I was with my husband, I should just go on and save the $ 260.00. That was so nice of him to do that! I will definitely go back. Hopefully next time with something not so serious.

This urgent care is excellent! I’ve been there a few times and Ive never had to wait more than 15 mins. The service is high quality, thorough & friendly doctors, and satisfactory medical treatment. Its over $ 100 price, but that’s what happens without insurance and prompt care. I will be going back there again next time if I need to. Highly recommended.

Went in for an ear infection today. Did the web check in and they took me in early since I showed up about 20 minutes early. This is my third time using this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the PA always takes the time to answer any questions. You also know how you will be billed every time. Its not like Ecare where they may bill you as urgent care or emergency and then you still get bills a year later. Never has a problem here and would highly recommend their facility.

Yesterday afternoon I realized the echo and fullness in my ears wasn’t going to go away on its own. Of course, my regular doctor is booked until next week. So in desperation I decided to try MedPost Urgent Care. First of all, I was able to book my appointment online. Secondly, there was no wait when I arrived. I realize this may not always be the case, but yesterday, what a relief. Nurse Lisa and P.A. Gail were awesome. In the future I will won’t even bother going through my regular doctor for routine earaches, bronchitis, etc. I’ll head straight for MedPost. And ask for Gail. You’ll love her,

Wow! I called today with insurance questions and skylar was so helpful! He must have spent 5 minutes on the phone with me. It wasn’t the right fit for us today but I will surely go here the next time we need urgent care and our regular dr is unavailable. Thank u!

I have taken my boys here 3 time this year alone. The staff was very professional and nice. We were in and out within 30 minutes each time. The staff called us each time the following day to see if things were going well and if the prescribed prescriptions were working. I would highly recommend this MedPost UC to friends and family.
