The Mouzon Ball Parks and Concession are part of/connected to Old Settler’s Park in McKinney. The ball fields are nice, not huge. The city does a good job of maintaining this park and there are a lot of things to do there. Old Settler’s is a big park, surrounded by quaint neighborhoods, with Webb elementary on its southern border. There are large shade trees and picnic pavilions.
