John was great. His team was very courteous and professional and took great lengths to ensure that they in no way damage our home, even going to the extent of covering their shoes with a plastic bag to avoid bringing in any dirt! the team was able to fix the issue with the water system in our home (there was an odd knocking each time we flushed the toilet). That was about 4 months ago and we still haven’t heard the sound. Thanks guys!
