Normally great service at this store but just had to make a note about this one since it’s the second time it’s happened. Dropped off some documents to be shredded and they weighed less than 1lb. The associate working the copy center started to charge me for 5 lbs because she didn’t know how to put in .38 or something I guess. It really is quite simple… less than a lb, round to 1 for the sale. Anyway, might want to let your copy center staff know how to input these small orders! This transaction occurred at 10÷25÷15 13:39. Didn’t catch the name of the associate but that should be enough info for the store to correct this.

I absolutely love THIS Staples. The others are not so great but this one is fabulous. Excellent customer service. The store manager, Mr. Howard, is amazing and sets his expectations high for his employees and it shows. No request is too big or too small and it is done exceptionally well every time.
