Very rude agent works at this location. I called and the gentleman I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me before I was finish talking.

I must have gotten the one bad employee. Didn’t know where the merchandise was and the charger she showed me sucked. I tried it gave a very weak charge. I told her I didn’t like it and she gave me no help or reccomendations. She just kind of walked off. She is a young slim indian woman. Avoid her, no help at all.

Allen, TX
One of the nicest T-​Mobile retail stores I’ve been to. It’s spacious, looks modern and «stylish» inside, and is very clean and well kept. The staff is helpful and the large space allows for many accessories and phones to be on display. Parking is plentiful and there are a number of other retailers and restaurants nearby if you need to get some other things done. Contrast this review to another T-​Mobile location I wrote about yesterday; while both of these locations will probably get you what you need, this one will get you there in style.
