The Lily Pad Flowers

A big letdown.: (
I was shopping around for a florist for my wedding day and interviewed about six different florists. This florist assured me that she could do all of the exact arrangements in the pictures I brought her. She even went above and beyond during our first meeting by suggesting neat ideas to glam up the arrangements to better fit the theme.
She even provided us a sample of the boutonnieres we chose for our wedding party a couple of weeks before the wedding day. It looked EXACTLY identical to the picture I provided. It made me feel really good and confident in her work at this point. I decided to worry about the flowers no more; I left it all in her hands…
Wedding day arrives and I feel so cheated. :’(
The arrangements were so tiny; much smaller than what was discussed and featured in the pictures. I was shocked. And to make matters worse, all the boutonnieres consisted of a feather with some cheap leaves thrown on them, COMPLETELY different than the sample she provided me with two weeks earlier!
Oh, and the icing on the cake: she forgot to provide us with petals for our flower girls.
I called her repeatedly before the ceremony, leaving messages about the petals and received no answer.
Never heard from her again. She got her money, that’s all that mattered.
So, here I am on my wedding day scrounging around for petals, plucking roses from the back of arrangements for our flower girls.
As much as I paid and to have this happen… Freakin nightmare, run.

Was a big let down. The Mother’s Day flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the picture. The flowers were fully bloomed and the arrangement looked sloppy.
Very disappointed. Won’t use this florist again

I got sick of FTD and 1 – 800 flowers — you just never know what you’re getting, so when I needed a local delivery that was not in my area, I picked these guys out of a hat. What a great choice. We were sending sympathy flowers that happened to coincide with the Valentine’s Day rush. Kirsten special-​ordered my flowers, gave me a very reasonable price and arranged delivery. The receipient was not home all weekend (we didn’t know she’d be away). They tried to deliver and noticed some other boxes, and wisely decided not to leave the fragile flowers at the door. They got the flowers to our friends in time, ensured the blooms were still in tact, and best of all kept me apprised via email on a regular basis. I wish they lived in my area!
