This shop is overpriced and the staff is not very knowledgeable. I’d rather be told «I don’t know» than just given an answer that is not correct. They don’t carry some of the best brands. I just don’t shop there any more and sure don’t recommend it.

I walked in and did not feel very welcome, more like another number. Plus I wanted to try some flavors and it seemed like a hassle for them. Testers were GROSS! They don’t wipe off the tips when they put them away and half of the time they didn’t wipe it off when handed to me. I had my mod with me and the told me my batteries will EXPLODE! WHAT!!!

Going to give 2 stars because they overcharge knockoffs trying to be comparable with genuine products. I was helped in a timely manner and the people were friendly, but I doubt anyone in there could even tell you what ohm resistance is.
They do not sell legitimate Joyetech e-​cigs. The quality of the 850 or 950 mAH (the lady didn’t know) pass through battery I was sold is of way lesser quality than a Joyetech pass through. I was charged $ 31 for this battery only to find out it’s not even variable voltage. There are multiple places that sell the genuine Joyetech VV pass through battery for $ 27. I asked about their Provari batteries they had for sale and was told they were $ 286 for the starter kit and that they didn’t sell the batteries individually. At
(the manufacturer), you can get a complete starter kit for around $ 240 shipped.
The juice selection is lacking also.
I have run into this problem with knockoff batteries twice now. Vapor Cabana in Dallas also only sells knock off batteries (one of which shorted out no more than a week after purchase). DFW Vapor sells quality stuff at a fair price, but their flavors are all completely terrible. All of them.
Get with the program and distribute legitimate product.

The customer service if awful! I actually felt uncomfortable even coming into the store to shop around. I tried to ask questions to compare their e-​cigs to others I have seen and I would just get a one worded answer that just came off rude. Not only that the prices are way higher than other competitors in the DFW metroplex.
Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend anybody go there.

Not good. The last two times I put in an order for liquid and called when it was supposed to be in (generally about 5 days) it never came in. When I asked what happened to it they just said they don’t know both times and asked me if I wanted to re-​order. I can’t deal with a business that unorganized.
Some of the people were friendly and others have a really bad attitude.
I would not do business with them. Looking for a more organized business.

I will agree with the other reviews that the staff can sometimes be not so helpful. However, if you ask for assistance it will be provided. I had this problem the first time I went and once I asked for help and expressed my interest in possibly making a purchase, the staff helped me as soon as they were able to. Prices are reasonable; yes, you can order most of what they sell cheaper online, but not by much. To me it’s worth paying $ 5 extra for my Kanger ProTank, so that I can help support a local business and not wait on shipping. My Provari setup was about $ 40 over-​priced. Normally I would have ordered it online, but I needed a unit in hand that day before I left for vacation. Plus if I have any issues I can go back to the store instead of having to email a website that sold me something. I buy almost all my electronics, car accessories, clothes, etc online, but felt more comfortable buying my vaporizer locally.

Not friendly or helpful. Not very knowledgable and will sell you VERY overpriced items that you can easily buy online.

Avoid this place like the plague. The management can’t even give me the courtesy of a phone call to resolve a matter with a defective battery they sold me. I made several attempts to give them the opportunity to resolve this over the course of two plus weeks. The young man that I dealt with had the audacity to tell me that seven weeks is the normal lifespan for a Lithium ion rechargable battery. Really? I must be stupid. Mind you, this is the second battery of the pair to fail. The first one was bad out of the package. I just simply needed to replace the pair for 25+ dollars. Oh, by the way, we don’t sell that brand of battery anymore, he told me. I wonder why? I’ve spent upwards of $ 300 here in about two months and this is the service I get. What a joke. The friends that I’ve sent there for alternative to cigarettes have had similar experiences. We have all taken our business elsewhere for varying reasons all stemming from poor customer service. If you go in, you won’t even have to ask, they’ll tell you «We’re not in this for the money, we only want to help people stop smoking». From my experience, this couldn’t be farther from the truth. Anyway, buyer beware. I am in the customer service business and this is a sure fire way to have your business fail. I hope it was worth the cost of a couple sucky batteries. Sorry for the extended diatribe but I take customer service very seriously, as should everybody. Unfortunately, a zero rating is not possible as this store is definitely worthy of such a rating.

This is Not Only a top notch Shop, With some of the Most reasonably priced E cigarette kit prices, Some of the most Amazing Flavors, But the customer service is amazing, they make you feel more like Family… Wendii is simply the nicest person there is, and For technical questions Sterling is the Man…
I have been all over and back to find a Store, with the right product, and found all that plus the best Customer experience I have ever experienced.
