Served the purpose of an extended stay. I was between apartments for the better part of a year. You have to go into it with the mindset of more of an efficiency but not completely permanent. The staff has always been friendly and professional regardless of who was the manager. The cons is that the walls and ceiling seemed extremely thin so I often I could here my neighbor from above something around in his area, or the neighbors behind me expressing their live for one another. Some of the guest seemed on the sketchy side but I kept to myself and fifth have any issues. Overall not a bad experience and it served its purpose, HBO and HBO2 was a plus and I would recommend this for those messing a place for an extended timeframe but work no real apartment or house to live in at the moment.

When they say«value» they basically mean«don’t expect any services at all; you are paying us for a bed and a roof, and that’s what you get.» Sooo if that’s what you want, great! But the things below differed from what I normally expect a «hotel» to do. 1.) You can only pay for blocks of 7 days. Whether you stay 1 day or 7 days, the price is the same. 2.) The first thing they gave me(literally even before my room key) was a list of the rules I had to follow and an itemized list of possible fines and service fees I could be charged during my stay. 3.) No housekeeping services at all unless you stay longer than a week. I stayed for 5 days and was told that I would be fined if I didn’t take out my own trash to the dumpster behind the hotel when I left. 4.) You get one free towel swap per week, and that’s IF they have clean towels. I wasn’t able to get any on my first attempt because they were out of clean ones, which they blamed on having a lot of construction workers staying and using them all. 5.) Many people seem to be using this as an apartment complex rather than a hotel. Many times while riding the elevator, the people around me would catch up and gossip about stuff like they’d been there for a while, then get off at different floors so they obviously weren’t together. It was just a little strange for a «hotel» and left me feeling out of place. 7) No free wifi. Week’s worth of wifi is $ 10. Again, you can only pay by the week.

Unilocal has this business listen under apartments that’s not true it’s a hotel with great weekly rate. Had no problem with the staff like this other person. Room ac works good, shower is nice n warm but bring your own soap!
