Dropped my phone in the tub. Not good. Dreaded going to the Verizon store as I had my grandson in tow. I arrived to friendly staff ready to put me in the queue. I only waited 5 minutes and Sales/service associate, Sean, saved my day! He quickly assessed my needs and got me out of there with a new phone, the right accessories and instructions in short order. Thanks Sean! You are awesome!

I have always had great customer service at this location. A couple months ago I came into this location because I washed my son’s phone in the washing machine. I needed a plan for an old phone for just one month. I was helped by an understanding sales associate. She told me about the most cost efficient plan, which was $ 10 less than the plan they told me about at Best Buy.

Matthew is a fantastic service guy! He’s been there for a while and is quite knowledgeable at what he does. He wasn’t there the last time I stopped by though. They used to have a check-in system but I guess that wasn’t working out so well because I didn’t see one this time. While I usually have a good experience when visiting this location, the last time I went was not so awesome. We are normally acknowledged as soon as we walk in and are usually told someone will be with us soon. Not this last time, however. The gal AND the store manager were apparently helping a particular customer even though the young girl clearly knew what she was doing… it’s not like she was a trainee. This customer apparently was spending quite a bit of money so I guess he was their priority at the time. Neither the guy in front of me nor myself were even greeted ATALL. We waited patiently in line and luckily another store associate came to help us. I was having some issues with the GPS on my phone so the service guy took my phone outside after first letting me know what he was doing. The manager all of a sudden all but ran outside after him to see why he was outside. The associate told him he was checking my GPS signal to see if there was a better signal outside. The manager was VERY rude to the guy. Then, when we went back to the service desk, the manager hovered around the whole time and kept looking suspiciously at my account information. I would HATE to work with THAT guy! I swear he was interrogating the associate that helped me, when I looked up, as I was getting into my car. I will come back to this location again if I need to but I’ll probably leave and come back another time if I see that manager again.
