The downside: The parking situation is not good. Very narrow spots closest to the entrances. The reserved parking for the businesses on the first floor will never have as many customers as there are parking spots. The windows are single pane and extremely drafty. The upside: Pleasant and professional atmosphere from the concierges and other residents. No maintenance issues. The location can’t be beat.

Springfield, VA
This apartment building is aging, with frequent interruptions of power, water service and air conditioning. While some of these are scheduled, they remain very inconvenient. In the scorching summer heat wave of 2013, it took management 6 hours to repair an air conditioner outage that affected half of the property. When we complained of heat exhaustion, our complaints fall on deaf ears.
Common area rugs are in need of change on all floors. Recently, the lobby rug was changed but all other 12 floors remain as is.
The business office with shared computers must have an infestation of biting insects.
Don’t go there wearing shorts.
Having said that, the location is great.
