Wow, these guys are HORRENDOUS and don’t even deserve a single star. Don’t waste your time or money — unless you have a soft spot for crappy flower arrangements. My $ 75 «bouquet»(WAY too fancy a label for what was delivered) can’t even compete with a $ 10 grocery store loose flower bunch. These knuckleheads apparently count on recipients not telling their long-distance sender how CRAPPY it looks! Not surprisingly, they don’t answer their phones(utilizing voice mail during work hours) or return calls either.

Went twice and had bad experiences both times. First time, was 3 days before Valentines Day, which I understand can be busy, but I wasn’t acknowledged or helped for 10 minutes even though there were 8 – 10 employees standing around eating pizza. All I wanted was a single rose. Second time was for my wedding. My mother ordered a bouquet for my then-fiancée a week before the event, but when she went to pick it up on the wedding day, the staff did not have any record of the order. Luckily, they recognized my mom and knew she ordered and paid for the bouquet so they quickly threw something together; and I mean it was«thrown» together because it was not what my mom ordered and nothing like what we had in mind, but it was too late to change and they didn’t offer any apologies or compensation. A waste of $ 70 and time if you ask me. So I must say in agreement with several of the other commenters, stay away from this florist unless you like being disappointed and frustrated.

At the beginning of using this florist I would have echoed the negative posts below. But by the end of my experience they turn it around and went above and beyond to get my flowers sent out and I happened to see the product and it was really nice and my recipient loved them.

Don’t use this flower shop. My mother ordered flowers from them because I just got engaged. She called and made sure she had ordered calla lilies(expensive and also my wedding flower choice) in a bridal-like bouquet. What got delivered was pink teacup roses with 5 yellow roses. Pretty but not at all what she ordered. When she called to complain, saying they messed up and ruined a surprise that was supposed to be for her daughter for wedding, they refused to offer her any compensation and just would deliver the right flowers on Monday. Then they drove to my office, and PICKEDUP the flowers they had already delivered. Even though I had watered them and looked at them for about 3 hours. They could have just left their mistake apologized and brought me the real flowers on Monday. Don’t use them for deliveries, don’t use them for your wedding, don’t use them ever.

DON’T USETHISFLORIST! No stars wasn’t an option! a Friend sent me gladiolas A MONTH ago from this florist and they died in 4 days. I’ve have been talking with and been promised a redelivery of flowers five times now and each time, NOFLOWERS are delivered and NOPHONECALL to explain why there is no delivery. Every time I call them it rings for 5 minutes, someone picks up and then it is another 15 minutes before the owner gets on the phone and I have to explain the whole circumstance EVERYTIME(its like he has amnesia) and in the end, he promises more flowers will be delivered and they NEVERCOME! There are SOMANY florists to choose from — save your money and your sanity and STAYAWAYFROMTHISONE!

WORSTFLOWERSHOPEVER!!! My husband ordered flowers for me to arrive on Valentine’s day(today) and they never came. He was crushed because he put in the time and thought to order them in advance, hand picked all the flowers so they would be my favorites and wrote a special card. All day they didn’t pick up the phone and never called him(or me) to say that they wouldn’t be delivering or had problems finding the place. When he emailed them and asked what happened and where the flowers were, they sent him a reply saying he was being refunded his purchase. Like the last reviewer, it was like they were on autopilot. My husband replied that he still wanted the flowers that he ordered and could they still deliver them? Again with the autopilot. An email saying the refund receipt was attached and he could call the office if he had any questions or concerns. The best part… they are 4 minutes away from my office. They could have LITERALLY walked the flowers over to me.
