Love the bank, love the people.
The customer service at the 1 – 800 number is very nice and helpful. And you never have to wait on hold to get a person.
They have an amazing check account with interest, no fees what so ever.
Only downfall is no BANK branch but they refund ATM fees world wide. No limit, no minimum. I used it in PERU, and worked like a charm.
The Tysons branch as well as the Rockville, MD branch are very helpful to solve your brokerage issues. I had rolled over and IRA there and they help you set proper finical goals and suggest good strategies with you to their legal limit to invest.
