We met up with friends here and chatted, enjoyed some wine and conversation while siting for an hour or so. The bar was PACKED, even after 10:30PM, seems that many from the events the Ritz are having stop in here for after-party drinking. It gets quite crazy and busy as a result. The server wasn’t very attentive, he only checked on us a few times while we were there, so we went without refills one too many times, which mean lost revenue for the bar, since we weren’t given the opportunity to order more wine :( But we did enjoy the wine election, especially by the glass! They even have Caymus by the glass! Overall, we’d go back… Maybe they were just too busy on the evening we went(a Saturday night) and deserve one more try. BTW — the piano music/singing is very nice, but slightly too loud.

Went here with the fambam for a late lunch over the holidays, and though we were looking forward to it, it turned out to be a very meh experience. I’ll start with the food — super average. We ordered a variety of things: the mezze small plate(didn’t really like any of it — I’m fond of hummus and this really didn’t do it for me), the flat bread(I enjoyed that it had goat cheese on it — an easy way to win my heart — but it was nothing spectacular otherwise), the organic chicken with mac & cheese and spinach(pretty decent actually, though I wish there had been more mac & cheese!), the roasted tomato basil soup(which I didn’t end up trying so can’t comment on) and the pasta with bolognese sauce(like everything else, pretty standard). Given that it’s supposed to be a bit upscale, we were prepared for items to be on the expensive-ish side — but we were hoping for better food quality to go with the price tag at least. Unfortunately, this was not the case — most everything was lacking salt(and flavor in general) so the food was a disappointment. Thankfully, the desserts were much better than the food. We got the warm chocolate cake and classic NY cheesecake to share, and both were delicioso — despite how full we were, neither lasted for more than a couple of minutes! The service was definitely subpar, at least when we went. Perhaps they were understaffed due to the holidays, but in any case it took us forever just to get someone to take our order and no one came around to refill our glasses of water for the entire duration of the meal. It was frustrating to the point that when we were finally approached by a manager(towards the end of our meal) inquiring about how everything was, we mentioned this to him. The saving grace is that we were met with a humble apology and were told our desserts would be on the house, and were brought cupcakes as a treat while we waited on said desserts(if it weren’t for this gesture, I’d probably have given this place only 2 stars). I should note that our waitress was actually really awesome, but just didn’t really seem to have been put in charge of taking care of us until after we had spoken up about it. Oh, one more thing — food and service aside, I did really love the ambience. The live piano pieces were a treat and the couch-style seating was comfortable and stylish!

I stop in here some nights to pretend I’m sophisticated and drink champagne with my boyfriend. What better place to get over priced champagne than a bar nestled in the Ritz? Haha– but in all seriousness this bar is strange. The actual bar area only seats about 4 people. They have a sushi bar as well, but obviously that’s for sushi and not for drinks exclusively. It also is sort of strange to have a sushi bar right next to a regular full service bar. The food is good, but it doesn’t really blow my mind. When you’re competing with the Palm right next door I would think the food would be awesome, but really it’s hotel standard, and there’s nothing exceptional on the menu I have met some very weird people here, and have little faith in the management. I once had a very intoxicated woman come up to me, start a very aggressive conversation, and when my boyfriend asked her to please go away and started crying and screaming in the bar that«he grabbed her butt» while he was clearly sitting right next to me. The manager witnessed all of this, and didn’t ask her to leave. She went as far as to call the police, who realized how drunk she was and brought her downstairs to get a cab. She then returned(this woman was seriously wasted), and continued her theatrics. I just couldn’t believe management watched this is let it happen over and over. Everything located in this particular Ritz seems very hotel standard. I would think they would really step their game up being that the hotel is connected to Tysons Galleria. I love that they serve illy espresso drinks and coffee in the morning, but their breakfast game is weak. Mostly bagels and muffins– I just sort of expect more from the Ritz.

Decent lounge. Good illy coffee. Service is great compared with the rest restaurants in this area. Food is not so impressive but good enough.

Came to Entyce because we were staying at the Ritz. We decided on small plates instead of entrees and we were very glad we did. We got the calamari which was super crispy and addicting. The mezza plate was ok, I wasn’t a huge fan of the pita chips, they were too thin and crisp. The cheese plate had a nice selection of cheese and a good portion too. The seafood paella croquets were ok too, but not really my style. The service was amazing! The Malbec was some of the best I’ve ever had. We enjoyed the live music after dinner. This definitely made our stay all the better.

Visited this fine restaurant to check out their Thursday night sushi dinner and was not disappointed. Had a variety of sushi and they were all great, especially the taco(octopus) the very best that I ever had; cooked perfectly, not hard(tough) or too soft, just right. Their sushi rolls were fantastic, too. The best of all was the price, very reasonable for such high scale restaurant. Very glad I tried this place and definitely will come back again whenever I crave for sushi. Oh, the only reason I didn’t give this place five stars was that I had to repeatedly ask for my ice tea refills. I believe all customers expect high class restaurant servers/waiters to be more observant. I need to recognize«Alex» for his extra effort in securing sashimi plate that was not in the menu, for my other better half. Thank you, Alex, your customers appreciate very much what you did

I have to mention the illy coffee bar in the morning. They are so reasonably priced and everything is amazing including variety of pastries, yogurt, fruit, and snacks. Wide selection of wine is very impressive. You can try wines as little as 1oz(about $ 6) to 4 or 6oz. The stuffs knows the food and drinks very well. Great atmosphere and professional environment. I think I still prefer the traditional flute for champagne than triangle flute.

If I could give Entyse a 10-star rating, I would! The service is outstanding, the food arrives promptly, especially when I am rushing to get in and out during a business lunch or a meeting. Vincent, the general manager and the sommelier, has arranged one of the best and most unique deals for wine tastings in town — by offering a list of special select wines, usually not found by the glass in typical upscale restaurants, for a reasonable price compared to an outstanding collection. The music on the weekends also offers a nice ambiance to unwind after a busy work-week, thus overall, Entyse is a good choice for a business meeting or a relaxing evening in the company of friends.

Started coming here after two of my business partners started booking early breakfasts here. Kept coming back after business hours to chop a bit and meet a few notables. Honestly, I’m game anywhere there’s MacCallan and oysters. Their Chesapeake oysters are pretty solid and the barkeep actually has some chops. I’ve always loved the look of the Ritz in Tysons, especially in the fall. Deep woods and fireplaces along the corridors gives a really luxe(or romantic if your cuffed) look to the space and sometimes they have little jazz set as well that really does it for me. People watching, networking, shopping… It’s hard not to have a good time here.

We had a fantastic time at Entyse WB&L. We start with a delicious Pouilly Fuisse and started ordering tuna tartare, oysters and finished with a delicious steak frites and duck breast accompanied with Chateuneuf du Pape BTG, we were very impressed also with the service. Zafer, Metin and Luis made the evening special. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

Stopped here for a drink while waiting for a Maggianos reservation. We sat at the small bar and the bartender was fantastic, friendly, and attentive. This place has an amazing wine selection and while the beers are overpriced, you get some great bar snacks with your drink purchase(wasabe peas, nuts, etc). The bartender also mentioned that there would be live music later on but we were busy stuffing our faces with carbs at Maggianos. Would certainly come back here for a drink or a meal after a day of fancy pants shopping(or window shopping) at Tysons II.

They need to get back to quality and service. I might just as well been at the Food Court. Managers just walking around, but that’s what you get when you just want a warm body. Disappointing.

Went for drinks after dinner and got a cozy spot by the fire. I had some tea and ordered a few cocktails. The drinks were delicious and the waiter was really friendly. We mentioned it was a friends birthday and he bought out some cupcakes. Delicious! I highly recommend the«Silver Fox».

This is a nice little bar located inside the Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner. The servers very very friendly including the bar tender and they had really pleasant live jazz music. It seems they have live jazz music every weekend so we found a really nice place in the local area vs driving to DC or Georgetown for the same. The food was pretty good with quite a few options, served very quickly and it was tasty. It was a very decent crowd and a quiet atmosphere to enjoy the music and the ambiance. It did seem like it was really small and if you sit bar area you will see people walking by through the Ritz and it could bother some people as obviously it does not feel private… if you are sitting near the door. Overall, a nice place to enjoy some mellow music while having a few drinks and snacks.

I met a friend here for drinks around 7:30pm on a Friday night and we a got a nice couch area to sit. The wine selection is extensive and the Brunello we drank especially exceptional. They serve some cool bar snacks– a trio dish with pretzels, spicy Asian nut mix, and green miso peanuts(?). Frank Sinatra was playing and the vibe was perfect for that end of the week wind down. The place slowly filled up and the crowd was eclectic. Soon the live music started and it was absolutely perfect lounge music. And it was not too loud. The service was outstanding. This is a great place to meet friends or a date. I just wish it was closer to where I lived. Tip: park in 1650 and it is connected. Bring your ticket and they validate. Yes Virginia– there is free parking!

Pre-shopping nourishment. This is definitely the best dining option at Tyson’s Galleria. While it’s more of a lounge for snacks and cocktails, they also have a some entrees AND an under 550 calorie section. Nobody wants to have a heavy meal before hitting Neiman’s and Intermix, right? If you’re looking to indulge, they also have a nice cheese and charcuterie section, as well as some fun appetizers. Bill and I both had the under 550 calorie grilled salmon. It came with some simple steamed asparagus and couscous. The salmon was a bit boring/dry — I guess our server knew, because he included a small thing of a delicious lemon butter sauce. I wanted to pour it over everything! The lounge definitely has the corporate Ritz-Carlton feel, but is still quite nice. Service was excellent!

Took our Grand daughter here for afternoon tea and were somewhat disappointed. we started with high expectations. We have had tea at the Ritz in London and loved it. This lounge is in in the Ritz Carlton in Tyons Corner so our expectations were high! While the Peter rabbit tea dishes were nice the selection of peanut butter sandwich and egg salad had her reaching for our meager plates of salmon, cucumber and pâté open faced sandwiches! And there were only four ¼ open faced sandwiches on the Adult Afternoon tea dishes. While the scones were delicious as were the sweets I would sacrifice cookies for more savory dishes. For $ 42/adult we expected more. And to ask $ 12 for an addition plate of sandwiches was a insult. The ambiance was a little couch off the coffee bar. Again nothing like out experiences elsewhere. Maybe we have to wait to return to Europe or give up on afternoon teas! PS.Agree with Courtney D’s Pinkies up & Thumbs Down(Afternoon Tea)!

Ehhh… needed a place to go to lunch. This wasn’t my pick, but I went along with it anyway. The restaurant part is somewhat small, and it was crowded so it was hard to find a table.(Seat yourself) Half of the restaurant was set up for Afternoon Tea, which might be interesting to get some girlfriends on a Saturday afternoon. The service was somewhat slow, and it did take an unusually long time to get our food. I ordered the middle eastern chicken pita which admittedly turned out to be pretty wonderful. Still, it wasn’t good enough to warrant a return to the restaurant. As for Ritz Carlton dining, this is pretty lacking. Especially when Ritz Carlton Philadelphia gets Eric Ripert…
