This is my first review of any store of any sort. This place is horrible. If you are not going to honor a sale that you’re gonna run .THENDON’T FREAKINGRUNIT!!! SALEDISCRETION. buy 1 get 150% off on fitted 1xm shirts. Awesome sale… except you have to buy 2 shirts of the same style. I went to the register with 2 shirts and both were fitted 1xm and they denied giving me the discount. AGAIN, IFYOUDON’T WANTTOHONOR A SALEDON’T RUNTHEDAMNTHINGORMAKEITCLEAR!!!

I guess every store is different but there was one particular worker that helped me a lot. I was in a rush looking for some nice clothes to wear to an event and not only did she help me but everything was helpful from trying on the shirts and clothes to telling me he differences and the fits to her getting me different belts and shirts to try on as well. On top of that, knowing I was in a rush and that I had an event to go to, she had them all steamed for me. I hope she gets recognized or gets a raise because she was more than helpful. I came out the store with more items than I intended but that was all on me. Offering to steam all the clothes though, that alone should get her a raise or something.

This location is horrible. Expect no customer service, horrible sales associate. Most of the staff are extremely clueless about their own merchandise. Fitting rooms are a mess. Overall poor management.

This store is men’s and women’s all together. It’s also pretty chaotic during the weekend and evenings with a line system that was created by Chaos Shop Queues, Inc. Jajaja! Express pants and shorts are ridiculously priced compared to their quality, fit and style. $ 69.90 for a pair of not so cool shorts? Eh, no. $ 45 – 49 might be more reasonable. Sorry Express, I’d rather spend a little more at Diesel or True Religion and get much better quality and fit. Oh, goodness, and if you’re like me, I like to avoid most sales because of the kinds of sharks and crowds it brings. This store is absolutely packed when there’s a sale. If the music goes off for a second during a sale, all you hear are claws endlessly rifling through boxes of wrinkled, oddly sizes potpourri.

Not helpful at all. Tried on several items and had to go back and get diff sizes ALLFOURTIMES. Worst Express I’ve ever been to. Pentagon City Express is a MILLION times better and nicer. Very annoying experience.

I like Express for pants though they are getting to be pricey and I rather go to Banana Republic now(for better stuff). Express is good if there are sales going on — BOGO50% and I like to combine then with $ 40 off $ 150 or more.

I used to be a bigger fan of Express but lately it ain’t happening. I occasionally stick my head in to see what styles and sales they have but never really to impressed. What I do like is their graffic tees. Yup the days of sport shirts and tasteless novelty shirts are in the past. I’m stylin-n-profilin. Can I have some CHEESE with that please! I also went through a tie and shirt phase for a bit when I was going out more but that didn’t last to long. They have nice shirt and ties there, and keep a look out for sales like buy 3 – 4 and your get a bigger discount then just buying one. I have a closet full of hip clothes and no ware to go. It must be that damn 55inch tv baby. I’ll be out there once I get my swagger back. Anyways, Express is ok but they need to lower some of their prices cause in this economy they ain’t selling anything, but then again they still in business so someone has money. Also, put those discount coupons you may get in the mail or on line for 15−30% off if you spend a certain amount. They are very useful. And don’t automatically through those receipts away b/c they occasionally have surveys that you can take on line and get additional discounts. Good Stuff!

This Express is a lot like every other Express I’ve seen. This one however is directly connected with Express for Men(I think that’s what it’s called?) so it SEEMS larger than it actually is. This Express contained a variety of their clothing sizes– of course, a variety that excluded XS shirts(which I what I need). I was disappointed about a few styles that I couldn’t even try on. The dressing rooms are connected as well. The dressing rooms consist of one gigantic hallway, women staying on one end, and men on the other. When I was given a room, the woman was very polite, and then she asked me my name and got really close to my mouth to hear it. At first I thought she was being extra interested in my name, but then I noticed all she needed it for was to write it on the back of my door so she could ask me by name if I needed any help. A little weird. The dressing room itself had such horrendous lighting, really bright and harsh. After about five minutes in there I was sweating so bad I didn’t want to try on the rest of my clothes. I got out of there and had to leave the store altogether so I could sit down and recollect myself. There is nothing worse than trying on clothes in a small space with lighting that is roasting you. I have no clue what they are thinking. Maybe it was just the specific room I was in? I went back inside the store to buy the clothes I DID like, but I had to purchase them on the men’s side because the women’s register wasn’t up. I got 4 things. My total was over 200 dollars WITH a 15% coupon applied. Ouch. I don’t know what’s worse– their prices, or the fact that I paid it? I gave this Express 2 stars for the fact it does have what I need – professional yet slightly trendy clothes – yet it’s no greater than any other express I have shopped in and had a dressing room that physically made me have to leave the store. Weird experience yet faithful in it’s merchandise.
