For the Wild Birds

We visited this shop to see the latest in bird dining technology and were quite impressed. The shop was full of all sorts of interesting dealies for feeding birds, housing birds, housing bats, and keeping squirrels out of your grape nuts. They sell houses, feed, feeders, baths, books, binoculars, and some other items I could barely identify.
The shop owner was there enjoying the day and was both friendly and helpful. He told us everything and was provided guidance without pressure, which we appreciated.
Positives:
Good selection, especially for a small shop.
Birds outside glass window using the feeders provide good examples.
Friendly service.
Variety of items and knowledgeable staff.
Negatives:
Prices were (expectedly) high
Often a one-​on-​one experience with staff.
Despite this, we highly recommend a visit before you purchase anything online. Ask about the birds’ preferences for food or perching and you will be happy knowing your purchase (in store or elsewhere) is doing the most good.

I was asking the gentleman who owns this establishment if I could park in the EMPTY parking lot in front of his EMPTY store and he was so rude that he told me I was stupid because the sign where I parked said for church parking only, (it was a Friday mind you) and I said I just need to run into Sweet Leaf next door to pick up a to go order and he said he would have my car towed. Really? I can only imagine what kind of customer service he provides. Obvious that it must be a suffering establishment because it was empty and all he has to do is yell as innocent bystanders.
