This location just opened up a couple days ago and it’s already the least thrilling thing to me. Tiny, awkward space located under the escalators that go up to the movies… I went in to get a small size of ice cream and somehow walked out losing $ 6… For not even the equivalent of two scoops of cookie dough. Rude service and lackluster ice cream. Won’t be back . Even after reviewing the reviews for the other location. I’m amazed. Does this company not care who they hire?

This is a convenient location inside the mall it has a couple small tables for those who want to just hang out there while they enjoy the ice cream. I got the Dulce de Leche with the bananas in it. The ice cream/caramel combo is delicious and a fav of mine. The service was also very fast and the staff was very friendly and attentive. However, the bananas in my ice cream where clearly too frozen and should have been a more thawed out to be put into that. I paid almost $ 10 for a small size(which was actually pretty huge) and I would have liked to fully enjoy the taste and the frozen bananas made that a little difficult. I would have traded the fast service for better product.

Horrible horrible place… don’t go there, it represent the worse quality of costumer service, I read so many bad reviews and I don’t know why they are still keeping the same people running the store, they are horrible people so rude and lack the basic costumer service quality. we went yesterday and the“manger” started yelling at my mother because she was not sure what she wants to order… I told him that he should treat his costumer in a better way, and he should not yell at people, he did not respond and refused to serve me!!!

The couple who runs this place are horrible rude and misbehaving. Why Hagen Daz is not paying attention. Worst people ever. Strip their franchise and get some good people… the worst customer service u ever get…

Janey Ng is a horrible person and does not appear to want to work here at all. She has an attitude and refuses to help customers. The pricing here is also not comparable to the quality of the products they have. They are out of most flavors of ice cream. I will never come here again.

Horrible service. The Haagen Dazs site stated that they were participating in free cone day. Got there and they had signs posted that they aren’t participating. Then when I ordered they refused to accepts Apple Employee discount cause I was not working. I haven’t had issues with that in the past except for this one time. Guy at cashier was rude and the milkshake was mostly ice withal be a scoop or two of ice cream.

I am a fan of their Belgian Chocolate Chocolate, but the astronomical prices, tiny sizes, and poor service are just not acceptable. I seriously doubt I will ever come back to this location.

Haagen-Daaz is pricey no matter where you get it. I rarely splurge on ice cream, so have no way of knowing if it is more expensive in the mall or not. The guy did give me a pretty generous scoop, though, and it was damn tasty so I can’t complain. Extra points for giving us a large cup of water for our dog out in the car without a) charging us for the cup or b) giving us a bunch of grief about leaving her out there.(For those who are freaking out about the dog in the car, we ran into the mall for, literally, 15 minutes tops, she has plenty of room in the back of our little SUV, and has a heated pad to lie on if she gets cold. Please spare me any nasty comments.)

An $ 8 dollar Belgian chocolate shake is worth every penny and makes for a very nice dinner when you have been shopping all day! Yes, dinner :-)

When I worked in Tysons Corner Center for 5 years — Haagen-Dazs was an almost daily visit for me — in the Summer — their Blueberry coffee — Autumn — their Pumpkin coffee — was how I started my day. Refueling took place with a second visit for caffeine — they have two drinks which I still rave about to this day: (1) Iced Latte. Most places brew fresh shots of hot espresso and then pour them over ice — thus melting the ice and diluting the strength and flavor of the drink. What they decided to do — was to brew a whole lot of espresso shots, throw them into a jug, and refrigerate it so that it does not melt the ice — espresso purists may rail that this somehow changes the flavor — but it tasted just fine to me! (2) Red Eye Special — at the time — this drink was unique to ONLY the HD at Tysons — no other HD offered it. It’s basically a thick HD espresso milkshake — they put HD coffee ice cream with 4 – 6 ozs. of Hazelnut coffee, two shots of espresso, and blend that sucker all together. Delicious! With a kick of sugar and caffeine to boot! I was at Tysons recently — and I stopped in for this drink —(I lust for this drink) and damn was it good!

Worst Mint Chip Dazzler experience I’ve had. The service girl was rude(I know it was near the end of the day, but you’re still open, right?), and then she topped my glorious Dazzler with bad whipped cream. Upon discovering this a few steps later, I returned and told her, when she began to argue with me. She then made me another one and topped it with the same rotten whipped cream. I told her, she got pissed, I said forget it and walked out and she didn’t offer to crack a new can or give me my money back. Ended up writing HDHQ over it and scored a free Dazzler!

Really good vanilla ice cream cone, but it cost me over four dollars. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but it seems pretty steep. Good ice cream, though.
