Lisa is a kind, professional, and extremely helpful agent. We worked with her through the sale and purchase of our homes and we couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. She was truly on our side every step of the way. She was always willing to answer any questions or concerns, and responded to our emails and calls very promptly. Lisa had great recommendations for the staging of our home so that it sold quickly, and we received positive feedback from everyone who viewed it. She was extremely observant when checking out new properties, and didn’t hesitate to point out the pros AND cons of any potential home. She came recommended to us by relatives who had used Lisa on the sale of several of their properties. Lisa is conscientious, extremely knowledgeable, and she felt like a friend throughout the selling and buying process. Recommend without reservation.

Lisa Thompson Hennessy with Weichert is rude, unprofessional, and a total jerk! She listed a condo for an open house today between 2−4pm. We had seen an open house at another condo in the same community at 1pm, where upon entering the building there was a sign to call the agent showing the condo and it was a good experience. Since we were already in the community, we decided to see the place Lisa listed and got to the building at 2:10pm. Unlike the other condo and open house by Vantage, this open house had no sign inside the building. My boyfriend called Lisa and left a message. She called him back and told him to go to security to get a flyer with the number of the guy showing the condo. My boyfriend told her twice that we already went thru the security gate to see another condo and we were in the building where her listed open house was supposed to take place. She sounded very rude and impatient when my boyfriend asked for the number of the guy showing the apartment. As he switched screens on the phone to type in the guy’s phone number, Lisa asked «are you ready» at least 3 times in less than 30 seconds and sounded annoyed when he asked her to repeat the number. I sat there listening to this rude and sorry excuse for a human being speak to my boyfriend with no professionalism and courtesy in the world, and I wanted to hang up for him. We called Michael, the guy who was supposed to show the apartment, but he didn’t pick up. There was a potential buyer in the building who was equally as frustrated as us due to the lack of signage and welcome for a supposed open house. He also complained about his phone interaction with Lisa and said she is rude. As we stepped out of the building and were about to leave, we saw Michael and he let us in. He showed us the condo and we told him about Lisa being rude and asked him why there was no sign inside the building with his number, especially since Lisa listed but didn’t show up for the open house. Michael didn’t seem very concerned. The other potential buyer and we were completely turned off by Lisa and the entire experience.

I can’t rave enough about how great Lisa is, I looked at tons of places to buy in VA and DC. Never was there a complaint or issue about the type of property, the location, the time of day etc… and when it came to me actually buying, I know that she made very little commission on the sale, but Lisa was energetic and enthusiastic about getting the sale done as it was the right purchase for me.
